Avocado Shake

This refreshing milkshake is rich in nutrients and an immediate moodlifter. This always takes me back to my Bangalore days where they call it Butterfruit milkshake. If you like avocado, you have to try this - you’ll love it.

Avocado Milkshake - Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Ripe Avocado  
2. Milk  
3. Sugar  
4. Blueberries (optional)  
5. Basil leaves (optional)    

How much of everything?

Avocado is a really buttery fruit and a little amount of avocado can make a pretty thick shake. Therefore, I would advice you to add a little avocado first and add more if required.

Directions:

Blend! It’s as simple as that: Add coarsely diced avocado, milk, sugar, blueberries and basil leaves in the blender and blend it to a smooth shake. Don’t worry if you don’t have basil leaves or blueberries. You can also try adding mint leaves for more refreshing flavour notes.
